A graduate of York University in Toronto, Canada, Doug Seville began his career within the Human Resources department at The Hudson’s Bay Company. He was subsequently recruited by a major Human Resources Consulting firm to represent the company in both the SW Ontario and Detroit, MI markets. In 2001 Doug was promoted to manage the firm’s Chicago office. He later opened his own boutique human resources consulting business and, in the Spring of 2007, while engaged in a leadership search for a foreign company with operations in Illinois, Doug met Myriam Le Cannellier, who had developed a strong business recruiting for French companies while she was living in Argentina.
