Doug Seville

Doug has more than twenty years of experience in the recruitment of senior level executives for general management, sales management, marketing and human resources.

Early in his career, he worked for Allstate Insurance and later joined The Hudson’s Bay Company in Toronto where he acquired an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector by working in various positions including Warehousing, Distribution and Human Resources Manager – specializing in talent management –. Then, he joined Canadian Piping in the capacity of General Manager servicing the oil and gas sector. After several years in this field, Doug assumed project manager positions with General Motors in Detroit. After an experience at Nicholas Ellis & Associates as a search consultant, he became the Managing Consultant for Drake Beam Morin’s Chicago office. There, he coordinated numerous projects relating to change management, coaching and development, and reorganization/restructuring.

With Chicago as his new home, Doug reestablished his practice as an independent executive search consultant – an area where he is both skilled and passionate.

Myriam Le Cannellier

Myriam Le Cannellier attained her International Executive Search experience with Bertoni y Asociados, a prominent firm in Argentina. She was dedicated to recruiting managers for the local subsidiaries of European companies. She has managed assignments for very diverse clients such as Industrial group Vallourec, Retailer Casino, Utility Company Gaz de France and Consumer goods giant L’Oréal. Her initial professional background is in Marketing and Communications through different positions she hold in multinational groups Nestlé and Steelcase.

Myriam Le Cannellier has an ability to work across cultures and has been involved for the past 5 years in different non-for-profit associations’ activities requiring a good knowledge of both American and French cultures. Myriam Le Cannellier is also a career coach who has developed a practice, My Next Path, to help professionals coping with career transitions. She is trilingual French, English and Spanish.

Myriam Le Cannellier is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Catherine Bortolotti

Catherine Bortolotti has attained her recruiting experience at RH Partners, a nationwide human resources agency in France, where she conducted searches through ads or headhunting for numerous companies in the automotive industry, the aerospace domain and the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, among others.

Catherine holds a degree in engineering from Institut de Chimie et Physique Industrielles, in Lyon, France, and previously worked as an engineer in the automotive industry for Mecaplast, a Monaco-based auto parts manufacturer.

Fluent in English and French, and proficient in German, Catherine has always been aware of the importance of cultural diversity in her personal and professional life. Prior to relocating to the U.S. in 2006, she worked with clients throughout Europe, and understands the cross-cultural challenges one faces when immersed in a new environment. She enjoys being the catalyst that finally leads to change.
