How we do it
We follow a 7-step process to the recruitment of a chosen candidate:
- Step 1 = Understanding of the client’s context and environment
- Step 2 = Definition of job description and candidate requirements
- Step 3 = Search of potential candidates
- Step 4 = Interviews to evaluate candidates
- Step 5 = Introduction of pre-selected candidates to our client
- Step 6 = Assistance with hiring process
- Step 7 = On-boarding individual coaching provided for the hired candidate.
We are committed to listening, understanding and thus, learning, both from our clients and the candidates we interact with.
