DSML Executive Search Boston office is located at the heart of Kendal Square, Cambridge, in the Cambridge Innovation Center, home to many startups and entrepreneurs. We have selected this location that is easily accessible by public transportation and not too far from the Logan International airport because it is a very good match for many of our medical devices and life sciences clients as well as our tech clients including IOT and SaaS. The proximity with the MIT and Harvard campuses as well as biotech and life sciences companies’ headquarters make of this location a magnet for talent. Indeed, Boston is a hub that is often chosen by European Companies establishing their US subsidiary near high-tech and higher education centers in and around Boston, as their entry to the US market.

For example, we have recruited a Director of Business Development for a Spanish company and a US Sales Director for a Finnish company. Both companies owned US Subsidiaries in Boston, had in common to be in start-up mode in the US and had recently raised funds to develop their business in the US.
